Wal-Mart is guilty of selling of a cheap Wiimote clone toy with poor functionality. If you\’re ever swinging by the respective section of Wal-Mart, don\’t be tempted by the $15 toy which looks like a WiiMote as all it is a terrible attempt at a toy. Enjoy the real thing.

Recently, singing superstar Kelly Rowland was asked whether she was dating Sunderland FC footballer Kieran Richardson, to which she responded by saying she doesn\’t even know who he is. Rowland then went on to state that the only thing she is dating right now is her DS, it acts as a great boyfriend and they share an amazing relationship.

Speaking in a recent interview, Naughty Dog\’s Evan Wells discussed what it was like developing Uncharted for the PS3 as well as future plans for development. Wells remarked that he is more impressed with the PS3\’s hardware, the more time he gets to work on it and asks us to imagine developing the game without the cell, a hard drive and so on. He also stated that many of the team would love to work on the Jak and Daxter franchise again especially utilizing the tech know-how from Uncharted.

A New Zealand website has conducted a review on Uncharted for the PS3 and cite that it is a reason to dust off the PS3 and \’jump around\’. While it does have some flaws, they indicate that it promotes gaming as an interactive adventure and an art form with its ambition and sheer quality far outweighing any annoyances.

Ryan Payton of Kojima Productions has suggested that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be set across four or five different locations and three of these will equate to the Middle East, Eastern Europe and South America. Payton wasn\’t willing to go much beyond that but commented the game will commence in the Middle East and then will continue into Eastern Europe.

A rumor has sprouted up on the internet that Target is to stop selling Manhunt 2 and managers have been told to refuse shipments of the game with Take Two letting them return all un-opened copies of the game. The listing for the title on the official website shows the item as not available in stores.

A member of the official Xbox forums has spotted some Fall Update information found on the back of a Guitar Hero III keychain leaflet. The respective item suggests that a new family timer will be integrated and reads - Family Timer, a simple tool that lets you manage how much time your kids spend on their Xbox 360, manage time in daily or weekly periods, and available in December 2007 only though Live.

Speaking to \’The Star\’, senior game designer Drew Karpyshyn revealed that Mass Effect has 20,000 lines of dialogue, and to put that into perspective, that is the equivalent of 150-20 movie screenplays according to Karpryshyn.

MaryAlan writes “Wal-Mart is now selling an electronic LCD game in the kid’s section that resembles a Wiimote so closely that even Wal-Mart employees can’t tell them apart in a picture. But the games — made by ToyQuest out of L.A. — are complete and utter crap, to the point of being unplayable. Their only redeeming feature is that they look like the Nintendo Wii, which means Wal-Mart is relying on brand confusion to sell any of these things to unsuspecting customers.
