AP - The Romantics have filed a federal lawsuit against Activision Inc., the maker of “Guitar Hero,” saying the popular video game infringes on the band’s rights by featuring a soundalike recording of its 1980 hit “What I Like About You.”
Customers seem to be getting pretty angry about the lack of availability of the Wii. One customer went to his to EBGames when he was told a shipment was supposed to arrive, only to be told they were out of stock. So he then contacted the national headquarters who told him \”They\’re telling me that the message from the store should be that they\’re not selling them until Friday.\” Other store managers from Target, Circuit City and Best Buy say they\’ve been selling the consoles as they arrive.
HMV has told a UK gaming publication that within minutes of going on sale, the Wii as good as instantly sells out. Their Oxford Street store took a fresh delivery last week and all the units in the batch sold out within 34 minutes.

Gaming site 1UP has posted up their impressions of a lengthy playtime with the near final version of Orange Box on the PS3 and they report back it suffers from a variety of technical flaws and the framerate is constant issue within the game.
