Rumor: Nintendo blocks Freeloader in the US with latest firmware update

According to reports, the firmware update that Nintendo recently released in North America blocks Datel\’s FreeLoader. The guys at Wiibrew state that \”Once the system menu is updated to use IOS37, \”Trucha-Signed\” discs — or channels — will stop working, as will the Datel FreeLoader disc.\” It seems as if if the European version is working fine as per normal.

Halo inspires music company to sign up a group of Gregorian chanting monks

Halo has inspired a music company to sign up a group of Gregorian chanting monks after hearing them on a youtube video. The record company launched an international search for ecclesiastical singers last year apparently because of the huge popularity of Gregorian chanting in Halo. The monks have landed a major record deal on the same label as Eminem, Amy Winehouse and the Black eyed Peas.
