PS3 test backup Launcher V.001 for debug kit

A WIP backup launcher for use with a PS3 development unit has been released, it allows PS3 games to be booted from the HD-DVD, copy original games from DVD/BD-ROM to HDD and patch the executable on some games to run from HDD.
